Beneath every question lies a deeper current.

Beneath every pattern, a hidden intelligence.

Beneath every longing, a part of you waiting to be heard.

A body-based coaching space for those ready to explore the depths of their inner ocean and discover what becomes possible when they learn to trust themselves more fully.

Kira Klein — Somatic Coaching

The answers you seek already live within you.

You long for clarity. You want to know what the next step is. What is right for you. What needs to change. And yet your thoughts keep circling the same questions.

What if the answers are not missing? What if the answers already live within you—like hidden pearls beneath the surface, waiting beneath the noise, beneath the strategies, beneath the stories you have learned about who you should be?

Your body holds an immense intelligence. A living archive of experiences, emotions, needs, desires, boundaries, and wisdom.

Somatic Coaching is an invitation to reconnect with this intelligence and learn to trust it again. Not by thinking harder, but by listening more deeply.

What is Somatic Coaching?

Somatic Coaching is a body-based approach that bridges the gap between thoughts, emotions, and lived experience.

Experiences of shame, grief, fear, stress, trauma, rejection, or self-abandonment can continue to shape how we relate to ourselves and others long after the original experience has passed. Often, talking alone is not enough. Awareness is important, but sustainable change usually requires a lived experience.

Through somatic practices, we learn to notice what is happening beneath the surface and create space for new experiences, new choices, and new ways of being.

Embodied wisdom is the fertile ground from which empowered, sovereign, and compassionate connection can grow.

Many people come to this work because they already understand a lot about themselves. They know their patterns. They have read the books. They may have been in therapy. They know what they "should" do. And yet something still feels unclear.

Clarity is not only an intellectual process.

Embodied wisdom is what will open up courage and creativity for you.

The body becomes a bridge between thought, emotion, and experience.
A place where understanding can become embodied. And where new possibilities become available.

Who This Is For

This work is for you if:

  • you understand a lot, but do not always feel yourself
  • you struggle to trust your own decisions
  • you often adapt to others instead of listening to your inner voice
  • you long for more clarity, authenticity, and inner peace
  • you want to build a more loving relationship with yourself and others
  • you are moving through a life transition and do not know what comes next
  • you feel disconnected from your body, emotions, or desires
  • you are ready to explore yourself with honesty, curiosity, and courage

You do not need to know exactly what needs to change. Your curiosity is enough.

What Becomes Possible

  • trust yourself and your inner knowing more deeply
  • make decisions that feel aligned rather than merely logical
  • develop confidence in your authentic self-expression
  • strengthen your connection to your emotions, intuition, and needs
  • release patterns of self-abandonment, people-pleasing, or over-adaptation
  • cultivate self-compassion and emotional resilience
  • feel more alive, empowered, and connected to yourself
  • create greater harmony in your relationships
  • deepen your capacity for intimacy, vulnerability, and honest communication
  • reconnect with pleasure, creativity, spontaneity, and joy

What This Work Requires

  • you are ready to take responsibility for your inner process—not only understand it intellectually, but meet it in experience.
  • you are willing to slow down enough to feel what you usually override.
  • you sense that real change does not come from analysis alone, but from embodied awareness.
  • you are open to be gently confronted with what you already know, but have not fully lived.

My Approach

My work is rooted in the understanding that each of us has lived a unique life. Every piece of advice is shaped by personal experience and inevitably carries assumptions, interpretations, and projections.

For this reason, I aim to keep my presence and language as clean as possible. Rather than telling you who you are or what I think is right for you, I support you in listening more deeply to yourself.

You are always welcome to ask for my perspective when it feels valuable. Yet my primary role is not to provide answers, but to ask thoughtful questions that help you uncover your own. Together, we cultivate your capacity to trust your body's wisdom, your inner knowing, and the answers that emerge from within.

Everything unfolds through choice, collaboration, and clear co-created agreements.

I hold this work with care, responsibility, and awareness of the power dynamics present within the client-practitioner relationship.

We move at the pace your nervous system can integrate. Nothing is forced. Nothing needs to be performed. Your body sets the rhythm.

This is a space to discover your own inner wisdom, rather than relying on what others think, assume, or advise.

Each session is individually tailored to you and your needs.

We begin by arriving in the present moment. You share what is alive for you, what is moving through your life, and what you notice in your body. Together, we clarify an intention for the session. From there, I guide you through somatic explorations that help you access deeper layers of awareness and experience. This is not about analysing yourself. It is about learning to listen, to notice, to feel, and to trust what arises. And to discover what emerges when you give your inner world the space to speak. At the end of each session, we integrate what has been experienced so that insights can become meaningful changes in your everyday life.

a skilled synthesis of Body-Focusing, Clean Language, and Dream Form, illuminating unknown and unspoken parts of the self in spontaneously emerging poetry.

Your first step is a conversation.

Every journey begins with a free discovery call. We take 20 minutes to explore what is bringing you here, what kind of support you are looking for, and whether this work feels like the right fit for where you are right now.

From there, we discuss next steps together — there is no pressure, no fixed programme, and no obligation. Just an open conversation to find out what feels aligned for you.

Sessions take place online via Zoom. You can join from wherever you are and create a space that feels safe and supportive for your exploration.

I believe this work should be accessible to those who feel genuinely called to it. To honour both accessibility and sustainability, I offer sessions on a sliding scale.

€80–120 per 90-minute session

I invite you to choose a rate that reflects your current financial reality and your capacity to invest in your own growth. If finances are a significant barrier, please reach out. A limited number of reduced-rate spaces may be available.

What Clients Say

It is difficult to put into words how profound it was to experience a session with Kira opening a new dimension of my true heart — one I had never known before. I believe this was not only due to her sensitivity and the way she attuned herself to me, but also because of her ability to connect with a greater field of life and love that becomes tangible through her work. Something in me was able to soften, trust, and open in ways I had not expected. This experience continues to live within me.

This coaching has changed my life.

John

Kira is a woman deeply rooted in love. Our session felt like a space we created together — one that allowed something meaningful and deeply transformative to unfold. She is a natural guide, and there is a warmth in her presence that can be felt before words are even spoken. I felt supported, deeply listened to, and gently accompanied into places within myself that had long been waiting for attention. The experience continues to resonate within me long after the session itself.

FAQs

Somatic Coaching is a body-based approach to personal growth and self-discovery.

Rather than searching for answers through analysis alone, we learn to listen to the intelligence of the body. Sensations, emotions, impulses, tensions, desires, and patterns all carry information about how we relate to ourselves, others, and life.

This work helps you develop greater self-awareness, emotional capacity, authenticity, and trust in your own inner wisdom.

Somatic Intimacy Bodywork is a trauma-informed, hands-on practice that supports embodiment, self-awareness, intimacy, pleasure, and authentic self-expression.

Rather than treating the body as something to be fixed, we work with it as a living, intelligent system that carries experience, memory, emotion, and wisdom.

Sessions may include touch, breath, movement, awareness practices, dialogue, and nervous system regulation, depending on your intentions and needs.

Somatic Sexology combines contemporary sexology, somatic awareness, nervous system education, embodiment practices, and relational learning.

Rather than focusing on performance, it supports a deeper relationship with intimacy, desire, pleasure, boundaries, communication, and authentic erotic expression.

The emphasis is on lived experience rather than technique.

While massage primarily focuses on muscle tension, relaxation, or physical recovery, somatic bodywork includes your nervous system, emotional experience, and awareness as part of the process.

The focus is not only on what is happening in your tissues, but also on how you relate to sensation, boundaries, emotions, pleasure, and yourself.

Many people seek somatic work when they sense that stress, tension, intimacy challenges, or recurring patterns cannot be addressed through physical treatment alone.

People come to this work for many different reasons.

Some are navigating stress, overwhelm, grief, life transitions, burnout, or chronic tension. Others want support with intimacy, sexuality, embodiment, boundaries, confidence, self-expression, relationship patterns, emotional regulation, or reconnecting with pleasure.

Often the deeper longing is the same: to feel more connected, more alive, and more fully themselves.

No. You do not need to be in crisis.

Many clients come because they feel a quiet curiosity about themselves and a desire to grow, deepen, or understand themselves more fully.

This work is just as much about cultivating aliveness as it is about addressing challenges.

Yes. Everything I offer is grounded in trauma-informed principles, consent, nervous system awareness, and relational integrity.

We move at a pace your system can integrate. You are never pushed beyond your boundaries, and you always remain free to pause, decline, change direction, or renegotiate what feels right.

No. Sharing your story is always your choice.

While understanding context can sometimes be helpful, meaningful change does not require reliving or retelling difficult experiences. Many people find that the body already knows how to communicate what is ready to be seen.

Every session is different because every person is different.

We begin by exploring what is present for you and clarifying your intention. From there, the session may include conversation, body awareness practices, movement, breathwork, coaching, touch, bodywork, or relational exploration, depending on the offering and your goals.

Sessions are collaborative, responsive, and shaped together moment by moment.

Not at all. Curiosity is enough.

You do not need to know how to meditate, feel your body, express emotions, or communicate perfectly. Part of the work is learning these skills together.

No. I do not offer psychotherapy or mental health treatment.

My work sits at the intersection of somatic education, coaching, bodywork, intimacy education, and embodied personal development. It can complement therapy beautifully, and many clients choose to engage in both simultaneously.

No. Nudity is never required.

You are welcome to wear as many or as little clothes as you like. Depending on the nature of the work and your intentions, some clients choose to work with varying levels of clothing, but this is always discussed explicitly beforehand and guided by consent, choice, and comfort.

Only if it is explicitly relevant to the intention of the session, within the scope of the modality, and requested by you.

Nothing ever happens without a clear conversation, informed consent, and mutual agreement. You remain in choice at every moment. Many sessions involve no genital touch at all.

No. Many people seek support as individuals.

Your relationship with yourself is the foundation of every other relationship in your life. Whether you are single, partnered, exploring, healing, dating, or navigating a transition, this work can support you.

My work brings together art, somatics, intimacy education, bodywork, relational practice, and trauma-informed care.

I am interested not only in healing what hurts, but in supporting what wants to emerge.

The focus is not on fixing you. It is on helping you listen more deeply, relate more honestly, and inhabit your life with greater presence, intimacy, creativity, and freedom.

Somatic Coaching sessions are offered online via Zoom and can be joined from anywhere in the world.
