Bodyworker. Coach.
Hi, I am
Kira
I work at the intersection of embodiment, intimacy, creative expression, and human transformation.
Supporting you toward
intimate artistry, and
relational harmony.
I support people who are ready to explore deeper connection - with themselves, with their bodies, with others, and with life itself. My work is rooted in presence, in the intelligence of the body, and in the subtle spaces where emotion, desire, creativity, and truth meet. I am drawn to the depths - to the unseen forces that shape our desires, boundaries, longings, relationships, and ways of relating.
To me, life is both a mystery and a practice - a continuous invitation to listen more closely, feel more honestly, and meet ourselves with greater courage.
I am drawn to thresholds,
to moments of change.
To the moments where something old no longer fits and something new is trying to emerge. To the places where grief and love meet - not as opposites, but as companions guiding us toward a more honest, present, and embodied way of being.
To the places where certainty dissolves, and vulnerability becomes a doorway. Where a person begins to recognize parts of themselves more clearly.
Nowhere do I encounter these places more often than in relationships - relationships to Self, to others, to life, and to all forms.
Everything in life
is relational.
Everything is shaped by how we perceive, receive, digest, and respond to our outer and inner reality - including our bodies, our inner landscapes, our thoughts and feelings, as well as our beliefs, values, and strategies to belong and to feel safe.
Relationships have always been among my greatest teachers. Not because they are easy, but because authentic relationships reveal parts of us that we might never encounter alone. This takes courage. It will stretch you to your limits.
Relationships bring us face to face with our longing for connection, our fear of loss, our need to belong, our shame, our tenderness, and our capacity to love. Again and again, I have witnessed how intimacy invites us into deeper honesty with ourselves - how partnership can become a catalyst for growth, healing, and transformation.
"To truly know oneself requires courage. It begins with willingness - and becomes real through courage."

Listening as
a practice.
I believe that every human being carries an immense intelligence within them. Not only in the mind, but in the body, in sensation, in emotion, in desire, in intuition. In the subtle language that speaks before words arrive.
Many of us have learned to move away from this language. We learn to adapt, to perform, to protect ourselves, to become who we believe we need to be. Yet beneath these adaptations, something remains untouched. A deeper truth. A deeper knowing. A deeper sense of Self.
My work is devoted to creating spaces where that relationship can be restored.
Listening is an art. And every art requires space and time before it can truly be heard.
Art, intimacy,
and the unseen.
Art remains at the heart of how I see, listen, and relate. In many ways, I approach life through the eyes of an artist. Art has always been a way of listening for me - a way of entering into relationship with the unconscious. A way of making visible what usually remains hidden.
I am fascinated by the symbolic language that lives beneath the surface of our everyday awareness: the dreams, the emotions, the contradictions, the forgotten memories, the desires that have not yet found words.
Much of my work - whether through painting, bodywork, coaching, or intimacy education - is devoted to helping these hidden aspects emerge into awareness. Because what remains unconscious often shapes our lives without our knowing. And what becomes conscious can begin to transform.
Painting taught me how to look closely with curiosity. Somatic work taught me how to listen and understand. Relationships taught me how to love. Together, they continue to shape everything I offer.
What I
care about.
I care deeply about connection, intimacy, clarity, creativity, attunement, kindness, and the kind of safety that allows people to be fully themselves.
I have spent much of my life in long-term relationships, learning firsthand how much courage and commitment it takes to love, to nurture and to maintain a relationship. How much listening is required. How much humility. How much devotion.
For me, love is not simply a feeling. It is a practice. A continuous choice to remain curious, present, and willing to care.
My deepest wish is to support people in becoming more at home within themselves. To trust their own experience. To honour their desires. To express themselves more honestly - and to discover that authentic self-expression does not create separation, but can become a bridge to deeper connection.
Because the parts of us we hide are often the very parts longing to belong.

What this work is not
This is not a quick fix. Not a method to optimize yourself into someone else. It is not psychotherapy, and it does not replace medical or psychological treatment. And it is not about performance, technique, or achieving a certain version of yourself.
This work asks for something more simple - and more demanding: your willingness to be present with what is real.
Something is calling you here.
Trust your inner knowing.
